A Mixed Box of Electrical Sockets and Plugs
This lot comprises a quantity of assorted electrical sockets, plugs and leads gathered together in a grey plastic container. The contents include blue and grey industrial-style plugs with blue rubber housings, a grey surface-mounted socket box, two power strips in blue and white retail packaging, a black three-pin plug with its cable, and a white wall dimmer switch with a pink adhesive label reading “RHS BED TABLE”. A plug-in timer unit with a rotary dial and a UK-style socket outlet is also included, alongside lengths of black cable. No manufacturer is clearly identifiable across the lot as a whole, and the individual items are offered as seen.
Condition and Collector Interest
The items show general signs of handling and storage, with cables tangled together and some packaging worn. The lot is offered untested, and no electrical testing has been carried out, so buyers should satisfy themselves of the condition of each component before use. The pink marker label on the dimmer switch suggests the item may have been identified for a specific location, which may be of interest to those researching site or installation history. The assortment may appeal to buyers seeking spares, parts for restoration, or a varied mixed lot of sockets and plugs.
