Mixed Lot of Vintage Household and Collectable Items
This mixed lot brings together a varied selection of household and decorative pieces. It includes a set of silver plated teaspoons housed in a wooden presentation case with a green lined interior. Alongside them is a cream porcelain bowl with a scalloped rim and twin handles, decorated with pink and gilt floral motifs, and a matching lidded cylindrical jar with pink floral decoration and gilt detailing. Five amber-tinted pressed glass dishes with ruffled edges, one larger and four smaller, round out the glassware. The lot also features a lilac and lime green Polly Pocket zip carry case and a resin figure modelled as a book-lined street scene with a lamp post.
Condition and Collector Interest
Individual condition has not been fully assessed, and buyers are encouraged to examine each piece before bidding. The silver plated teaspoons are presented in their green lined case, and the amber glass dishes show the ruffled pressed form typical of their style. Originality of each piece has not been individually verified. Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
