Mixed Tableware Tray Lot
This lot comprises a green cardboard tray of mixed tableware, including plates, mugs and soup bowls. The plates are cream with an octagonal form, decorated with blue bow and floral sprig motifs and a pink-rimmed edge. Among the other pieces are white enamel pans with blue floral decoration and glass-style lids, brown glazed mugs with ribbed bands to the bases, a brown jug, and cream and red cups. Further cream bowls and a cup and saucer with a gilt rim are also present. The maker of the pieces is not identified.
Condition and Collecting Interest
Individual condition varies across the lot, and some pieces show signs of general use. Buyers are advised to view the tray in person and to examine each item before bidding. The mix of floral patterned crockery, enamel cookware and retro brown glazed stoneware may appeal to collectors of vintage kitchenware, or to those seeking a varied selection of pieces for everyday use or display.
