Woven Moses Basket with Mattress
This lot is a woven Moses basket measuring 820mm x 390mm, offered with a mattress measuring 250mm. The basket has a cream-coloured woven body with an open weave and a rounded oval form. It features upright carrying handles which meet at the centre and are bound together with teal and white twine. The white mattress is supplied within a clear plastic wrap, and a small safety notice label is attached to the mattress. No maker’s name is evident.
Condition and Originality
The basket appears to be unused, and the mattress remains in its plastic wrapping, which suggests it has not been opened. The woven body appears intact, with the cream finish and the handle binding still in place. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
