Badge Description
This is a hallmarked sterling silver badge commemorating 30 years of membership with the National Union of Railwaymen (N.U.R.). The badge is triangular in shape, with a blue enamel centre displaying the text “30 Membership Years” in white lettering. Surrounding the central enamel is a textured silver depiction of railway tracks and a handshake, symbolising solidarity and service. The badge is framed by a red enamel border, and the N.U.R. initials are embossed on the front.
Condition and Collectability
The badge appears to be in good condition for its age, with only minor wear commensurate with age and use. The enamel is largely intact, and the silver shows a pleasing patina. This badge would be of interest to collectors of railwayana, union memorabilia, or vintage badges. The badge is presented in its original red presentation box, adding to its appeal and collectability.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
