Silver Plate Tea and Coffee Service
This elegant set comprises a coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl, creamer, and a matching serving tray, all crafted in silver plate. The set exhibits a classic, ornate design, typical of high-quality silver plate services from the mid-20th century. The tray features a shaped edge and decorative detailing, providing a refined base for serving. The pieces are beautifully shaped and demonstrate the craftsmanship of the era.
Condition and Collectibility
This silver plate set shows signs of age and use, with some expected wear to the silver plate finish. The set is presented as-found, and may benefit from cleaning and polishing. Despite this, the set remains a desirable collectible for enthusiasts of vintage tea and coffee services, or those seeking a charming addition to their dining collection. The set’s aesthetic appeal and classic design make it a potentially attractive display piece.
