Ordnance Survey & Touring Maps
This lot comprises a large quantity of Ordnance Survey maps and various touring maps, predominantly focused on the United Kingdom and France. The collection includes detailed topographical maps, road maps for travel, and potentially some older vintage examples. The maps cover a range of areas, including but not limited to, regions within England, Scotland, Wales, and parts of France, offering a diverse geographical spread for collectors or enthusiasts.
Condition & Collectibility
The condition of the maps varies, with some showing signs of age, wear, and handling. Creasing, minor tears, and fading are to be expected given their nature and potential age. This collection would appeal to map collectors, enthusiasts of local history, or those interested in vintage travel ephemera. The variety of scales and regions covered makes it a potentially valuable resource for research or display.
