Dressing Mirror Description
This is a tall, pine dressing mirror, featuring a rectangular mirror plate within a shaped frame. The frame is constructed from pine and displays turned detailing to the upright supports. This mirror would have originally been designed to stand freely, allowing for full-length reflection, and would have been a feature in a bedroom or hallway setting.
Condition Report
The mirror shows signs of age and wear, with some surface scratches and imperfections to the frame and mirror plate. The pine frame exhibits some fading and minor losses consistent with its age. Despite these imperfections, the mirror retains its character and charm, and would appeal to collectors of antique furniture or those seeking a statement piece with a vintage aesthetic.
