Mixed Box Lot of Portuguese and Decorative Ceramics
This lot comprises a box of mixed vases and dishes, notably a Portuguese olive dish marked “Algarve” and a Father Christmas vase. The olive dish is white with a brown rim and features hand-painted olive branches and fruit. The Father Christmas vase is a figural piece in black and white, with a white beard and a green bow tie. Also included are a cream dish moulded with leaf detail and red fruit, a turquoise ribbed vase, a pale green jug, a pair of blue and white candlesticks, and a cow-form jug. The box contains further decorative ceramics in a range of colours and styles.
Condition and Collector Interest
The lot is offered as seen, and the condition of each piece has not been individually assessed in this description. Buyers are advised to inspect the items in person or request further details before bidding. The mix of Portuguese pottery, seasonal figural pieces and mid-century style decorative wares may appeal to collectors of Algarve ceramics, Christmas collectibles and general vintage homewares, as well as those seeking a varied group of pieces in one box.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
