Three Commemorative Coins Including a Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Piece
This lot comprises three coins. The principal item is a silver-toned coin presented in a red Royal Mint card box with a black and white interior, bearing the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscription ELIZABETH II. The lot also includes a larger crown-size coin inscribed HRH The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer, with the date 1981 visible, commemorating the Royal Wedding. The third coin is a small, worn piece with a male portrait, displayed in a white-framed case with a brown felt insert. The coins are housed in a clear acrylic case.
Good Used Condition With Visible Wear
The coins show general wear consistent with age and handling. The small coin has a damaged and uneven edge and noticeable surface wear, while the Royal Wedding crown shows light marks and general handling wear. The Royal Mint box shows some wear to its exterior. The coins are offered as seen, and buyers are encouraged to view the photographs and enquire about any specific details. The combination of a Diamond Jubilee issue, a Royal Wedding crown and a boxed Royal Mint coin may appeal to collectors of British royal commemoratives.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
