Royal Vienna Porcelain Figurine and Vase

This lot comprises a beautifully decorated Royal Vienna porcelain vase and a corresponding porcelain figurine. The vase, featuring gilded accents and hand-painted scenes, is raised on a square base also adorned with floral motifs. The figurine depicts a mother with two children, one holding a book, rendered with delicate detail and pastel hues. Both pieces showcase the high level of craftsmanship characteristic of Royal Vienna porcelain production, likely dating to the 19th century.

Condition and Collectibility

Both the vase and figurine exhibit signs of age and wear consistent with antique pieces. There may be minor imperfections in the porcelain, such as hairline cracks or slight crazing, but these do not detract significantly from the overall aesthetic appeal. Collectors will appreciate the intricate detailing, vibrant colours, and historical significance of these pieces, which represent a fine example of 19th-century porcelain artistry. These pieces would be a valuable addition to any collection of antique porcelain or decorative arts.
