Sakura Universal Car Dog Guard
This lot is a Sakura universal car dog guard, designed to separate a dog from the front of a vehicle’s interior. It is a free-standing wire mesh barrier of the type fitted behind the front seats or across a boot opening.
The guard is built from black-finished metal wire formed into a rectangular grid panel, with a fine mesh pattern and a reinforced perimeter frame. Two upright side posts carry dark fixing knobs at their upper ends, intended for securing the guard in place. A small rectangular label is affixed to the centre of the mesh panel. Its styling is simple and utilitarian, consistent with a practical, everyday pet accessory.
Condition and Collectability
The guard shows general signs of use, with some marks and wear visible across the black finish and fixing hardware. The wire mesh and posts appear to be intact, though the overall condition has not been fully tested. Buyers should inspect the piece on viewing to assess its suitability for their own use.
As a vehicle accessory rather than a collectable, this guard will appeal mainly to buyers seeking a second-hand universal dog guard for a car, estate, or van. Its straightforward design and recognisable branding may also interest those looking for a practical, low-cost pet travel item.
