Boxed Sega Mega Drive II 16-Bit Video Game Console
This lot is a Sega Mega Drive II 16-bit video game console offered in its original box. The packaging is branded with the Sega and Mega Drive names, with the Mega Drive II console illustrated in black and blue against a grid background. The front also reads 16-BIT and video game console. The box states that the set includes 2 control pads and is advertised with Sonic the Hedgehog, with artwork of Sonic and a companion character on the side panel.
Condition and Originality
The outer box shows general wear, including creasing, scuffing and small tears to the corners and edges. The panels remain legible and the printed artwork is clearly visible. Contents have not been verified, and the item is sold as seen with no statement made as to completeness or working order. Boxed examples of early 16-bit consoles with their original packaging are often sought by retro gaming collectors, particularly those with period artwork and branding intact.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
