Lot Description
This mixed lot comprises a diverse collection of small items, including a wooden chess set with carved pieces, a selection of Royal Air Force (RAF) buttons, and various other ephemera. The chess set appears to be of a traditional design, with pieces crafted from wood, though the wood type is not immediately apparent. The RAF buttons suggest a military connection, and the remaining items contribute to a fascinating collection of curiosities, hinting at a varied history and potential provenance.
Condition & Collectibility
The condition of the items within this lot varies, with signs of age and wear consistent with vintage collectibles. The chess set may exhibit minor imperfections or missing pieces, while the buttons and ephemera may show fading or wear. Despite this, the lot presents an interesting opportunity for collectors of militaria, chess sets, or vintage curiosities, offering a glimpse into the past and potential for further research or display.
