Spode Golden Trellis Lidded Teapot
This Spode Golden Trellis teapot is a lidded porcelain teapot in white with gilt decoration. The body is finished with a band of gold lattice work above a border of small coloured flowers, and the lid repeats the same decorative scheme with a small knop at its centre. A curved handle rises from one side, with a straight spout opposite.
Condition and Collector Interest

Prospective buyers are advised to contact the saleroom for a full condition report before bidding. Spode’s Golden Trellis pattern is a recognisable English tableware design, and gilt-decorated teapots of this kind are of interest to collectors of British porcelain and those seeking to complete or add to a matching service.
