SsC 32 Model Engine With Silencer
This lot is an SsC 32 model engine supplied with its silencer. The engine is finished in silver-grey metal and carries the SsC logo and “Made in China” marking on the crankcase. A curved silencer tube is fitted to the upper section, and a propeller is fitted to the front of the engine.
The engine has a finned cylinder head, a carburettor with a fuel line attached, and a visible needle valve on the side. The silencer is a tapered, cylindrical metal unit with a bent exhaust outlet pipe, which is a typical arrangement for engines of this type. The propeller is a two-blade design in a pinkish-brown finish.
Condition and Collectors’ Interest
The engine shows general signs of use, including light wear and handling marks across the metalwork, and a paper tag is attached to the engine body. The condition of the propeller and silencer is consistent with age and use. The lot has not been tested and is offered as seen. Its originality appears intact, with the silencer and propeller presented with the engine as described in the hint. Collectors of model engines and vintage model aircraft accessories may be interested in this example, particularly as a complete-looking set with its silencer.

#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
