Stanley FatMax Waterproof IP53 Toolbox
This lot is a Stanley FatMax waterproof toolbox rated IP53. It is a hard-wearing portable tool case with a moulded black body and a carry handle on the lid. The lid also carries a printed inch scale running along its length.
The toolbox is finished in black with yellow FatMax detailing and the Stanley name in raised lettering on the front and lid. Two silver-coloured metal latches secure the lid to the base, and the case has a rubberised grip on the top handle. The IP53 rating indicates protection against dust and water spray, making the case suited to workshop, site and van use. The lot is offered as seen.
Condition and Collector Interest
The toolbox shows general signs of use, including light surface marks and scuffing on the lid and body. The moulded body, latches and handle appear intact on visual inspection. Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
