Stentor Hokada Acoustic Guitar
This lot is a Stentor Hokada acoustic guitar, a steel string instrument offered at auction in its natural wood finish. It is presented as a single guitar with no case or accessories listed in this description.
The guitar has a dreadnought-style body with a natural spruce-toned top and a black pickguard. The sound hole is surrounded by a decorative rosette, and the dark fretboard carries pearl-style position markers. The black headstock houses six chrome tuning machines, and the bridge is fitted with a black saddle and chrome pins. The neck and body are finished in a warm natural tone throughout.
Condition and Collector Interest
The guitar shows general signs of age and use, including some light marks and surface wear visible on the body, particularly around the lower bout and edges. It is sold as seen, and no guarantee is given as to its playing condition or whether it is complete. Buyers should inspect the instrument carefully before bidding.
The Stentor Hokada will appeal to buyers seeking an affordable steel string acoustic for restoration, display or playing, and to collectors of Stentor instruments who value original finishes and period hardware.
