Stone Boot Planter

This stone boot planter is a garden ornament in the form of a boot, with a deep, scalloped upper rim that forms the open planting well. The body is made from a stone material with a textured, aggregate-flecked surface. The rounded lower section gives the piece a sculptural, rustic character suited to a patio, border or garden setting. The planter is shown with small plants growing in its well.

Condition and Character

The piece shows the surface wear and weathering expected of an outdoor stone garden planter, including lichen and dark mottling across the body and rim. There is some staining and minor surface wear consistent with age and exposure. The weathered finish contributes to its established garden character, and this patina may appeal to collectors and buyers seeking a naturally aged stone ornament for a traditional or cottage-style garden.
