Lot of Vintage Stoneware Bowls
This lot comprises a collection of stoneware bowls in varying sizes and glazes. A notable piece is a large mixing bowl, potentially by Mason Cash, exhibiting a classic cream-coloured glaze. The collection also includes smaller bowls in shades of brown, green, and grey, suggesting a range of uses within a kitchen setting. The stoneware material lends a rustic and durable quality to these pieces.
Condition and Collectibility
The bowls show signs of age and use, with some exhibiting minor crazing to the glaze and slight imperfections consistent with vintage pottery. These imperfections add to the character and authenticity of the pieces. Collectors of kitchenalia and vintage pottery will appreciate the variety and potential provenance of this lot, while those seeking functional rustic kitchenware will find these bowls a charming addition to their home.
