Large Signed Oil on Board by Sue Dudley
This large original oil on board depicts an exotic dancer and is signed by the artist, Sue Dudley, in pale blue lettering at the lower right. The figure wears a white corset-style top with matching briefs and stands against a deep blue background. Her long, wavy auburn hair carries golden highlights, and one hand is raised to her face. The painting is worked in loose, expressive brushstrokes, with warm flesh tones modelled across the shoulders, waist and legs.
Condition and Collector Interest
The work is painted on board and has a dark edge with a black hanging bracket fitted to the reverse. Minor surface marks and small specks are visible in places, particularly across the blue ground, and the piece is offered as seen. The painting is presented in its original, unaltered state and carries the artist’s signature. #### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
