This lot comprises a quantity of Susie Cooper pottery housed in a wicker basket with leather straps and buckled fastenings. The contents include cups, saucers and plates, with a number of pieces finished in black and others in white. Susie Cooper was a notable British ceramics designer associated with Staffordshire potteries, and her tableware is widely collected for its clean lines and graphic simplicity. Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos.
