Sylvanian Families Houses and Figures Collection Including Car
This lot comprises a mixed collection of Sylvanian Families houses, figures, vehicles and accessories, offered as one lot. The collection includes a red Sylvanian Families car, a blue vehicle with a unicorn motif and pink interior seating, and a yellow building with green roof trim. Also included are a pink and cream building with a decorative façade, a pram, a slide, a bed, a bath and a range of furniture and small accessories. A number of animal figures are present, including rabbit, dog, cat and bear characters, along with other small pieces.
Condition and Collectability
The items are offered as seen and are sold without any guarantee of completeness or working order. Buyers are advised to view the lot carefully before bidding and to ask any questions in advance of the sale. The collection shows general signs of having been played with, and some pieces may have wear or small marks consistent with their age and use. For collectors of Sylvanian Families, a lot of this scale and variety offers the opportunity to acquire several houses, vehicles and figures together, making it of interest to those building a collection or seeking pieces for play or display.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that once a bid is placed we will not be able to issue any refunds unless there is a clear and obvious error made by ourselves in the item title, in the event of an incorrect bid being placed, you must contact us on the mobile phone number 07904 339160/description.
Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
