Teo West German Chip Hats Pair

This lot offers a pair of German chip hats by Teo West, one in grey and one in olive. Both are side caps of the type associated with German military headwear, each with a black, red and gold tricolour cockade fixed to one side. The grey example has a smooth front panel, while the olive example shows stitched seam detailing and two small metal eyelets on its upper edge.

Condition and Collector Interest

The caps show the general signs of age and handling expected of items of this type, with the fabric and cockades displaying the wear visible in the images. No further originality or provenance details have been established at the time of cataloguing. Their pairing of colourways and clear cockade markings may appeal to collectors of German military headwear and to those building a display of post-war or reproduction uniform accessories.
