Pottery Jugs Collection

This lot comprises three pottery jugs, each exhibiting unique character and charm. The jugs showcase varying shades of brown and cream, adorned with colourful floral and foliate designs. One jug is distinctly marked ‘Langley’ on the base, indicating its origin from the renowned Langley Pottery. These jugs likely served functional purposes in a farmhouse or kitchen setting, adding a touch of rustic elegance to daily life.

Condition and Collectibility

The jugs exhibit signs of age and use, with minor imperfections consistent with their vintage nature. These imperfections contribute to their authentic character and appeal to collectors of vintage kitchenalia and pottery. The ‘Langley’ marked jug is particularly desirable due to the pottery’s established reputation and collectibility. This lot presents a wonderful opportunity to acquire a charming set of jugs for display or use, adding a touch of nostalgia to any home.
