Historical Literature Collection
This lot comprises a collection of historical books focusing on naval warfare and the Titanic. Titles include “The Story of the Titanic” by Beau Riffenburgh, “The Encyclopedia of Warfare” covering from earliest times to the present day by Adrian Gilbert, and a volume detailing machine warfare. The books offer a diverse range of historical perspectives, from the tragic tale of the Titanic to comprehensive overviews of military strategies and technologies throughout history.
Condition and Collectibility
The books appear to be in a readable condition, showing signs of age and wear consistent with their vintage. They are presented within a red storage box, which while not intrinsically valuable, provides a convenient means of storage and transport. This collection would appeal to enthusiasts of naval history, Titanic memorabilia, or those seeking to expand their historical library with a variety of subjects.
