Hardback Copy of treats! by Steve Shaw
This lot is a hardback copy of treats! by Steve Shaw, presented in its cream slipcase. The title is printed in gold-toned lettering on the front of the slipcase, and the words “Bares It All” and “Steve Sh…” are partly visible along its lower edge. The book is open in the photograph, showing a full-page image of a nude figure with a dark bob haircut kneeling beside a large dark sculptural form. Page text credits the photographs to Tony Duran, and a section heading reads “Modern Artisans”. The cover and spine are cream, and the interior pages are printed in colour on a glossy stock.
Condition and Collector Appeal
The slipcase shows some light surface marks and general handling wear, and the open pages appear clean in the photograph. Other aspects of the condition, including the spine, cover boards and the remaining pages, cannot be fully judged from the images provided. Interested buyers are welcome to view the lot in person before the sale. The book will appeal to collectors of photographic books and admirers of Steve Shaw’s work, particularly as a visually striking copy with its original slipcase.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
