Vintage Copper Key Dishes
These two dishes are crafted from copper, exhibiting a warm, reddish-brown hue. Their organic, slightly irregular shapes suggest hand-hammered construction, adding to their unique character. These dishes would have originally served as key trays or valet dishes, intended to hold small items like keys, coins, or jewellery. The patina on the copper suggests age and use, enhancing their vintage appeal.
Condition and Collectibility
These copper dishes show signs of wear consistent with age and use, including some surface scratches and variations in the patina. They appear to be original vintage pieces, not reproductions. Collectors of copperware, mid-century modern decor, or vintage home accessories may find these dishes particularly appealing. Their functional yet decorative nature makes them a charming addition to any home.
