Vintage Walking Sticks

This lot comprises two antique walking sticks, each exhibiting unique characteristics. The first features a beautifully crafted handle with inlaid silver filigree and a coin, identified as from Clooney Park, Derry. The shaft appears to be crafted from wood, displaying a natural grain. The second stick is a simpler design, with a smooth wooden shaft and a decorative silver collar at the top. Both sticks showcase the craftsmanship of a bygone era.

Condition & Collectibility

Both walking sticks exhibit signs of age and use, consistent with their antique status. There are minor imperfections to the wood and silver, adding to their character. These sticks would appeal to collectors of antique walking sticks, silverwork, or local Derry memorabilia. Their unique features and historical significance make them desirable pieces for display or further research.
