Art Deco Uranium Glass Bowl

This striking bowl is a beautiful example of Art Deco glass production, likely dating to the 1930s and attributed to Jobling. Crafted from uranium glass, it exhibits a vibrant green hue that glows under ultraviolet light. The bowl features a radial, sunburst pattern with applied floral motifs, characteristic of the era’s design aesthetic. The footed base adds to its elegant presentation, making it a standout piece for any collector.

Condition and Collectibility

This vintage bowl presents well, with age-appropriate wear consistent with its history. While there are no immediately apparent chips or cracks, a close inspection may reveal minor imperfections typical of antique glass. Its vibrant colour, unique Art Deco design, and the desirability of uranium glass make this bowl a sought-after item for collectors of vintage glassware and those interested in the radiant charm of uranium glass.
