Vintage 15-Drawer Steel Multi-Drawer Cabinet
This vintage multi-drawer cabinet is a freestanding steel unit with fifteen stacked drawers. It is offered as a practical piece of storage with a traditional office or workshop character. The maker is not identified.
The cabinet has a dark painted steel body with a flat top and a front fitted with fifteen shallow drawers, each with a chrome-effect pull and card holder. Paper labels are affixed to several drawers, and the drawers appear to have been used for sorting stationery and small office supplies. The unit stands on tapered metal feet at the base.
Condition and Collectability
The cabinet shows general signs of age and use, including scuffing and wear to the painted surfaces, particularly along the top and drawer fronts. Some of the metal pulls show marks and corrosion, and there is adhesive residue where labels have been removed or are partly lifted. These features are consistent with its age and working life.
