Vintage Brassware Tray Lot Including Candlesticks
This lot comprises a tray of vintage brassware, offering a mixed selection of decorative and domestic pieces. The assortment includes a slender brass bud vase, a pierced brass goblet-style votive holder, and a footed brass pot with a pierced lid. A small brass candle holder, two brass bells and two brass horse brasses are also included, one heart-shaped and one with a crown motif. Two green-patinated candlesticks with a turned, tiered stem and round base sit alongside the group, and the brass pieces are arranged on a gingham-patterned tray with a grey textured edge.
Condition and Collectable Appeal
The brass pieces show general signs of age, with some areas of wear consistent with their vintage. The two candlesticks display a green patina, which is visible across their surfaces. Originality appears to be intact across the lot, with no obvious later alterations evident. Such a mixed group of vintage brass will appeal to collectors of brass horse brasses and bells, as well as buyers looking to furnish a country-style or traditional interior with characterful decorative accessories.
