Vintage Burberry’s Full Length Trench Coat
This lot is a vintage Burberry’s full length trench coat, offered with its size unknown and estimated as men’s M. It is presented on a wooden hanger and is offered as seen.
This full length coat is labelled Burberrys’ and carries a “Made in England” label on the inside collar. It is double-breasted with a wide turned-down collar, shoulder epaulettes and a fitted raglan-style sleeve. The front is fastened with gilt-tone buttons, and the sleeves finish with self-fabric belted cuffs. The interior is lined in the brand’s signature Nova check pattern in beige, navy, red and white, and the coat has side pockets with flap detailing.
Condition and Collector Interest
The coat is offered in the condition shown, and any further wear or defects should be assessed by the bidder before bidding. A brown mark is visible on the check lining inside the front opening, and no other faults are apparent from the visible areas. The gilt-tone buttons, belted cuffs and check lining appear to be original to the garment, with the label details intact.
