Vintage Captain Black Talking Figure
This vintage 12 inch talking figure depicts Captain Black, the Mysterons’ agent from Gerry Anderson’s Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons. The figure wears a grey jumpsuit beneath a mauve zipped sleeveless tunic, with a white belt fastened by a gold-coloured buckle. Black boots and a grey peaked cap bearing a yellow and blue Spectrum-style emblem complete the costume. The head carries painted facial features, and the hands are moulded to hold items.
Condition and Collectability
A paper tag is attached to the figure’s side and leg. The costume and cap appear to be original to the figure. The item is offered as described and has not been confirmed as complete or in working order, so interested bidders are advised to contact the saleroom with any specific questions.
