Two Vintage Decorative Candlesticks
A pair of vintage decorative candlesticks, offered as a lot of two. Each piece has a cream-finished metal stem rising from a round, embossed base, with a glass flower-shaped sconce at the top to hold a candle. Clear glass drops hang from the scrolled metal arms, adding a decorative, traditional touch.
The candlesticks have a slender central stem with several curled arms that sweep outwards and upwards. The arms are fitted with cut crystal pendants, which hang in strands beneath each sconce. The round bases are moulded with a raised floral or scrolled pattern. No maker’s name or marks are visible, so the origin of the pieces is not known.
Condition and Collectability
The cream paint is in general good order, though it shows some signs of age and handling, including small areas of wear. Residue is visible within the glass sconces, and the crystal drops appear to be original to the pieces. The pair presents a charming vintage look and would suit a buyer seeking decorative candlesticks for a dressing table, mantelpiece, or table centrepiece, or a collector of vintage metalware with glass and crystal detailing.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
