Vintage Woods 28 Dehumidifier
This is a vintage Woods 28 portable dehumidifier, a classic example of mid-century home appliances. Its simple, boxy design and off-white colour scheme are typical of the style prevalent in the 1970s. The unit features a single control knob for operation, and was designed to help reduce moisture in smaller spaces.
Condition and Collectibility
This dehumidifier presents as a display item, and its operational status is unknown. The exterior shows signs of age and wear consistent with a vintage piece, which may include scuffs, discolouration, and minor imperfections. It would appeal to collectors of vintage appliances, those interested in retro aesthetics, or individuals seeking unique decorative pieces for a mid-century modern inspired space.
