Seven Vintage Dinkey Foden Lorries Including Three Chain Link Models
This lot comprises seven vintage Dinkey die-cast lorries, with three flatbed models fitted with chain link load restraints, a distinctive feature of the group. The chain-equipped flatbeds are finished in white over green, green over grey and red over grey, each with a detailed cab and grey-wheeled chassis. The remaining four vehicles include a brown dropside lorry, a maroon flatbed, an orange and blue tipper and a green cab-and-chassis unit, showing a range of Foden-style cab designs and body types.
Condition, Originality and Collector Interest
Wear is visible across the group, with paint loss and chipping to several of the models, and the colour finishes show the expected ageing of pre-war and post-war die-cast toys. Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos.
