Vintage Football and Rugby Programme Box Lot

This lot comprises a box of football and rugby programmes dating from the 1960s to the 1980s. Visible titles include Nottingham Forest home programmes from City Ground, including the Football League Division One fixture against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday 10th December 1966, priced at Sixpence. A Notts County programme for the match against Coventry City on Saturday 15th December 1962, priced 4d, is also visible, along with an issue of Albion News relating to Albion v Derby County. The rugby selection includes the Rugby Football Union programme for England v Wales at Twickenham on Saturday 6th March 1982, priced Forty Pence, and an England v Scotland programme from Twickenham, dated Saturday 21st February, referencing the Calcutta Cup. Further printed material is present within the box.

Condition and Collector Interest

The programmes are mixed in format and colour, with the Nottingham Forest issues showing bold red covers and the rugby programmes featuring the Rugby Football Union rose emblem. Individual condition varies and has not been individually graded, so prospective buyers are encouraged to view the lot in person or request further details before bidding. The variety of clubs, fixtures and decades represented may appeal to football and rugby collectors, as well as those with an interest in matchday ephemera from Nottingham, Coventry, West Bromwich and Twickenham.

#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
