Mixed Lot of Vintage Football Programmes and Year Books

This lot comprises a large box of football matchday programmes, periodicals and supporters’ publications from various clubs. Prominent titles include The Manchester United Supporters Year Book Number 9, an Aston Villa News & Record official programme, a Blues News official matchday magazine from Birmingham City Football Club bearing the “A Happy New Year” cover, and a yellow-covered Shakers Review. Further titles, including The Royals matchday programme, are visible among the stack, and the mix spans several clubs and publication styles. Covers feature team photography, bold typography and the period graphics typical of football ephemera.

Lot Contents and Condition

The programmes are presented loose in a single cardboard box, with the front publications clearly displayed and the remainder stacked beneath. Covers show general signs of age and handling, as is typical for printed matchday material of this kind, and the condition of individual items will vary across the lot. Originality appears intact, with no reproduction or added material evident. The assembled variety of clubs and publications, including the Manchester United Supporters Year Book and Aston Villa programme, may appeal to football memorabilia collectors, fans of individual clubs, or those building a retro matchday archive.
