Introduction
This is a vintage German desk barometer, likely dating to the mid-20th century. The circular housing features a white dial with both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales, and a central bi-metallic coil indicating atmospheric pressure. The barometer is designed for tabletop display and would have been a functional and decorative addition to a home or office.
Condition
This barometer exhibits signs consistent with age and use. The glass is present, though may exhibit minor scratches or clouding. #### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
