Six Vintage Matchbox Vehicles Including Cattle Truck
This lot comprises six vintage Matchbox die-cast vehicles, including a cattle truck carrying cattle. The group includes a blue box van with a Champion Spark Plugs livery, a blue tractor, an orange cab stake truck with a yellow body, a tan container trailer with NYK branding and a red roof, and two yellow Sambron Jacklift models. Several models are shown with their original card boxes from the Matchbox 75 series, including examples marked as 48 Sambron Jacklift and 25 Flat Car/Container. The mixed selection offers a varied range of commercial and agricultural subjects typical of the Matchbox range.
Used Condition with Original Boxes
The models show general signs of age and play, with light wear to paintwork and typical handling marks. Several original boxes are present, though they show creasing, edge wear and some damage, including a torn flap on one of the Sambron Jacklift boxes. The boxes add period interest and original packaging context for collectors. This lot will appeal to collectors of 1970s and early 1980s Matchbox toys, particularly those interested in the 75 series, construction and haulage subjects, and vehicles with original boxes.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
