A Lot of Eight Assorted Vintage Pill Boxes
This lot comprises eight assorted vintage pill boxes, offering a varied selection of small decorative containers suited to collectors of vanity items and curios. The boxes display a range of designs, materials and finishes, from enamelled floral and wildlife scenes to lacquered and printed patterns. Several are compact rectangular or shaped examples, while others have softer, rounded contours. Their small scale makes them ideal for display in a cabinet or on a dressing table.
Good Overall Presentation, Subject to Inspection
The boxes show the expected signs of age and handling, including light wear to the metal edges, some tarnishing to the gilt-effect finishes and minor surface marks. Decorative elements such as the swan scene, the pheasant design and the rose motif remain clearly visible. Buyers should note that the photographs show the lot as it appears, and prospective purchasers are encouraged to view it in person or request further images before bidding. Their variety and charm make this lot an appealing choice for collectors building a themed display or for those seeking an attractive group of mixed vintage trinket boxes.
