Four Vintage Lighters Including Three Boxed Ronson Examples
This lot comprises four vintage lighters, three of them by Ronson and one by Corona. The Ronson pieces include a chrome Varaflame lighter marked Butane, presented in its fitted case, and two further Ronson lighters, each shown in its own card box. The fourth piece is a Corona “Fly-Pistol” lighter with a brass finish, housed in its original red and cream box. The Ronson lighters have a chrome finish, with one bearing a black panel and another featuring a textured, engine-turned surface with a monogrammed plate.
Age-Related Wear To Boxes and Presentation
All four lighters are offered in their original boxes, which show clear signs of age, including fading and wear to the card and lids. The Varaflame case and the Corona box add to the presentation of the lot. Original packaging of this kind is often of particular interest to collectors of vintage smoking accessories, as boxed examples are less commonly found together. This group would suit collectors of Ronson, mid-century lighters or vintage smoking collectables.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
