Vintage Weighing Scales

This is a set of vintage weighing scales, likely dating from the early to mid 20th century. The scales feature a brass pan suspended from a central beam, with graduated weights for accurate measurement. The design suggests they were intended for kitchen use, possibly for weighing ingredients or produce. The construction appears robust, indicating a quality build intended for regular use.

Condition & Collectibility

These scales show signs of age and use, with some patina and wear to the brass and metal components. While not pristine, this adds to their character and authenticity. They would appeal to collectors of vintage kitchenalia, antique scales, or those seeking a unique decorative item. The scales are presented as found, offering a glimpse into a bygone era.
