Vintage 110v Site Transformer

This vintage transformer appears to be a portable unit designed for site work, likely to convert voltage for use with 110v equipment. Housed within a robust metal case, it features a carry handle and what appears to be a substantial transformer core. The unit is accompanied by a length of cable, suggesting it was intended for connection to a mains power supply and onward distribution to tools or equipment.

Condition and Collectibility

The transformer shows signs of age and use, with surface corrosion and wear to the case. It has not been tested and is sold as a collector’s item or for restoration. Its industrial aesthetic and robust construction make it a desirable piece for collectors of vintage tools and electrical equipment, or for those seeking to repurpose its components.
