A Classic Swiza Onyx Mantle Clock
This striking mantle clock features a rectangular body crafted from polished green onyx, showcasing a beautiful translucence. The clock face is minimalist in design, with elegant gold-tone baton markers and hands. The movement is marked ‘SWIZA’ indicating Swiss manufacture, and the clock’s overall aesthetic is strongly influenced by the Art Deco style, making it a sophisticated addition to any interior.
Condition and Collector Appeal
This vintage Swiza clock presents well, with the onyx body displaying expected wear consistent with age and use. The clock’s mechanism is present, though its current operational status is not known. This piece would appeal to collectors of vintage clocks, Art Deco objects, or those seeking a unique and stylish decorative item for their home.
