Vintage Vivid 15” Captain Scarlet Talking Soft Figure

This lot is a vintage Vivid 15” Captain Scarlet talking soft figure, a soft-bodied doll representing the Captain Scarlet character from the Gerry Anderson series. The figure has a moulded head with painted facial features and a red peaked cap bearing a circular emblem. It wears a red sleeveless zip-front top over a khaki-coloured long-sleeved garment, with matching khaki trousers, a black belt with a buckle, and a holstered sidearm at the hip. Red knee-high boots complete the outfit, and small coloured insignia are visible on the sleeves and shoulders. The figure is described as a talking model, but its voice function is not confirmed in this listing.

Condition and Collectability

The figure appears to be in generally good order for its age, with no obvious damage visible to the head, uniform or boots. Original costume elements, including the cap, zipped top, belt and holster, are present. No further condition details, packaging or accessories have been supplied with this lot. Vintage Captain Scarlet merchandise remains popular with fans of the 1960s series and with collectors of Gerry Anderson memorabilia, and an original, complete-looking costume with the figure’s distinctive red and khaki styling may appeal to those building a display or nostalgia collection.
