Vintage Worldwide Stamp Collection Album
This lot comprises a vintage stamp collectors album filled with stamps from around the world, together with a quantity of loose envelopes and covers. The album has a green cloth-style cover and contains stamps arranged across its leaves, with pages devoted to individual countries including Hungary, Spain, Switzerland and Canada. Stamps from India and Germany, including Berlin issues, are also visible among the pages.
Condition, Originality and Collector Appeal
The album shows the marks of age, and the pages are loosely filled with stamps, many of which appear to be used. The loose envelopes include airmail covers, one bearing a printed “Opened by Examiner” label and another addressed to Mr Hartley Cooper, 65 Grace Church St, London E.C.3. Covers of this kind, with their wartime-era markings and labels, may appeal to postal history enthusiasts. Those seeking a broad, mixed worldwide accumulation for further sorting and study may also find this lot of interest.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
