Box Lot of Vinyl Records
This lot comprises a box of 7 and 12-inch vinyl records housed in a blue plastic crate. The crate holds a mixture of 12-inch records in card sleeves and a larger quantity of 7-inch singles in paper sleeves. One of the 12-inch sleeves is marked RCA Victor and bears the title Tchaikovsky, Variations on a Theme. Among the 7-inch singles, one paper sleeve carries a RIVA label and the handwritten title 365 Tonight. The mixed selection of sleeves and labels offers a varied grouping of vintage vinyl for browsing and reference.
Condition and Collectability
The sleeves show general signs of age and handling, with some wear, creasing and tears visible to the edges. The condition of the discs themselves has not been assessed and no assurance is given as to their playing condition. The lot is offered as seen, and buyers are encouraged to inspect the contents before bidding. The mix of RCA Victor classical material, RIVA-labelled singles and handwritten sleeve annotations may appeal to collectors of vintage vinyl and to those interested in sleeve design and original period packaging.
