Wilfred Perry Signage
This is a cast iron sign produced by Wilfred Perry, dating to 1932, and relating to the Rights of Way Act. The sign clearly states “This Land is Private – No Public Right of Way”. The bold lettering and robust construction suggest it was intended for long-term outdoor use, marking a clear boundary and legal notice on private property.

Condition and Collectibility
The sign exhibits signs of age and weathering, consistent with its outdoor use and age. The paint is chipped and there is some surface rust, adding to its character and authentic vintage appeal. This piece would be of interest to collectors of vintage signage, rural ephemera, or those interested in the history of land ownership and rights of way.
